in the first FDSA Virtual Trade Show. Exhibiting companies’ logos (If available); names; and contact information will be posted on the FDSA website as well as distributed to all Trade Show participants via e-mail after the show.
Exhibits will be breakout rooms in Zoom. We will conduct mandatory random assignments of all participants to exhibits via the platform every rotating 5 minutes for the first 2 hours of the exhibit floor time, and then the last half an hour of exhibit floor time “by invitation“ will be accomplished by participants and/or exhibitors requesting assignment of the participant to a specific exhibit through the course of the meeting. Every attempt will be made to ensure that a constant flow of traffic is available to exhibitors during the show.
